🔵 1. Connecting Bluetooth Thermometer
To reconnect the Bluetooth Thermometer, follow these steps:

Press Menu

Go to System Setup
-
Select E-Link
-
Turn on the Bluetooth Thermometer

From the available devices, select HC-08
-
Under E-Link Device, select HTD8808E/C
-
Tap Connect
✅ Look for a confirmation or icon indicating successful pairing.

👤 2. Importing New Patients
To import new patients into the device:

Press Menu
-
Navigate to Patient Management
-
Select Import
-
Tap the Date field to auto-fill today’s date
-
Click the Magnifying Glass Icon
-
Tap Import
✅ New patients will be loaded into the system for selection.

💾 3. Saving Vitals
To save vitals correctly, do the following:

Tap Select Patient
-
Find the patient (double-check the room number is correct)
-
Take the patient’s vitals as needed
-
Tap Save
📝 Note: You can take all vitals before pressing Save. If you press Save after each vital, you must press Save again at the end to ensure all data is stored.

🔁 4. Refreshing Patient List (Daily)
To ensure the patient list is up to date:

Tap Select Patient
-
Select Refresh List
🔄 This updates for room changes or discharges. For new admits, use the Import Patient List process (see Step 2).

🔄 5. Cycling the Machine (Restart)
If issues persist, start by:

Powering off the machine
-
Wait a few seconds
-
Turn it back on
✅ This simple reset often resolves minor glitches.
